Membership Application

Operating to fraternally unite wives of veteran and active-duty military members for charitable and educational purposes.

• Membership shall be limited to cisgender women of good moral character and reputation who: is the wife of an honorably discharged veteran of/or wife of an active-duty member of the United States Army, United States Marine Corps, United States Navy, United States Air Force, United States Space Force, United States National Guard, or United States Coast Guard.
• Proof of marriage must be submitted with application.
  
• Proof of spouse's military service (DD214, veteran or military ID card, etc.) must be submitted with application.
  
• A $65 non-refundable fee must accompany each application.
  
• Intake fee $300 (payable after application is approved and is non-refundable)
  
• Annual membership $240 (due April 1st, annually)
